Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks an energetic Energy Storage Project Manager to join our renewables team in Colorado. The role requires 8+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience, handling complex projects, budgets, schedules, and client engagement while mentoring staff.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, pursue business development, write proposals, and ensure QA/QC and contract adherence across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience in renewables.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client-facing engagements.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee technical aspects of various projects and supervise staff.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and deploy resources effectively.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple concurrent projects and track milestones.
• Lead business development activities and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and participate in interviews as needed.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and contract compliance throughout projects.
