Job summary

Solv Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on utility-scale energy storage projects at a full-time jobsite in Yerington, NV, with travel.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and program execution across multiple projects in the region. You will mentor crews, manage schedules and materials, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and site teams to ensure on-time completion and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in utility-scale renewable construction.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years of utility-scale energy storage construction preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with union labor and subcontractors.
• State licensed electrician or journeyman preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations of energy storage projects.
• Mentor superintendents, assistant superintendents and craft personnel.
• Hire and develop craft labor employees and crews.
• Develop and implement operations procedures for consistency across projects.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control plans and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, estimating and other internal departments.
• Communicate with project owners, utilities, regulators, vendors, and contractors.
• Track performance metrics and provide updates to senior management.
