Job summary

You will lead technical audits, develop financial justifications, and align cross-functional teams with customer needs to drive sales outcomes. The role requires extensive knowledge of HVAC and energy systems, a PE license, and at least five years in energy solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Energy Solutions business.
• 5+ years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Professional Engineering license is required.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed saving calculations for proposed solutions.
• Create comprehensive scope of work documents for internal/external use.
• Develop and apply new concepts and techniques.
• Analyze data and provide solutions for complex problems.
• Generate, evaluate, and select unique solutions.
• Present technical sales briefings to customers.
• Engage in customer-facing activities.
• Analyze growth opportunities.
• Provide coaching on targeted project value propositions.
• Review proposal activities.
• Coordinate engineering support of pursuits.
• Provide data for sales support documents.
