Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer based in one of several North American locations to support HESG project development across the region.

You will engage with public sector and commercial & industrial customers to provide engineering support to the sales team and help shape winning solutions. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Energy Solutions business
• 5+ years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Professional Engineering license
• CEM certification is a plus

Aufgaben

• Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development – develop investment grade audits to meet customer requirements and provide financial viability analyses.
• Technical Knowledge and Aptitude – understand HVAC systems including airside, water and central plants; lead development of electrification, heat pumps, solar and BESS solutions.
• Communication and Proficiency with Sales – communicate with stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences; prepare reports and proposals.
• Solution Development Process Adherence – collaborate with cross-functional teams and generate scopes of work; adhere to Honeywell practices.
• Support Delivery Operations – assist post-contract engineering, design documents, and project commissioning.
