Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support North America project development from multiple U.S. hubs.

You will influence customers toward Honeywell solutions, consult internally, and help craft messages, training and proposals for diverse facilities including municipal and C&I sectors. Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Energy Solutions business.
• 5+ years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Professional Engineering license.
• CEM certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform technical audits and develop investment grade facility solutions.
• Lead HVAC/energy projects including electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, CHP and central plants; solar PV and BESS a plus.
• Communicate with all organizational levels and prepare reports, proposals and briefs.
• Adhere to the solution development process; coordinate with internal teams and craft scopes of work.
• Support delivery operations post contract with engineering, design docs and commissioning.
• Develop detailed saving calculations for proposed solutions.
• Create comprehensive scope of work documents for internal and external use.
• Develop new concepts and techniques and apply data analysis to solve problems.
• Present technical sales briefings and engage in customer-facing activities.
• Analyze growth opportunities and coach on project value propositions.
• Review proposals and coordinate engineering support of pursuits.
• Provide data for sales support documents.
