Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support North America project development from multiple regional bases. You will influence customers towards Honeywell solutions, consult internally and externally, and help shape product messaging, training, and sales support.

You will lead audits, develop technical and financial analyses, and manage scope, schedule, and costs while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Energy Solutions business.
• 5+ years mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Professional Engineering license.
• CEM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development for facilities including financial analysis.
• Lead development of projects with electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, CHP, central utility plants.
• Communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences and support sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Measurement and Verification, Delivery, Contracts) and generate scopes of work.
• Support post-contract engineering, design document development, and project commissioning.
