Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support North America project development across municipal, educational, and commercial facilities. You will conduct technical audits, develop customer-focused solutions, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering energy projects including electrification, CHP, and energy storage.

Strong written communication and proposal experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Energy Solutions
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems knowledge
• PE license is required
• CEM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development for facilities.
• Lead projects with electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, and energy storage.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and contracts teams.
