Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer based in the United States to support North American project development from multiple hubs (Chicago, IL; St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA).

You will influence customers toward Honeywell solutions and collaborate with sales to shape proposals, messages, and training. You will perform audits, develop technical/financial analyses, and coordinate with Delivery, Contracts, and M&V teams to drive

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in the Energy Solutions business.
• 5 or more years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development – develop an investment grade audit of facilities and financial analysis.
• Technical Knowledge and Aptitude – strong understanding of HVAC systems; lead projects including electrification and energy storage.
• Communication and Proficiency with Sales – present complex ideas to non-technical audiences and prepare reports.
• Solution Development Process Adherence – work with diverse teams, generate scopes of work, and complete contract documents.
• Support Delivery Operations – assist with design documents and project commissioning.
• Develop and apply new concepts and techniques and analyze data to propose solutions.
• Present technical sales briefings to customers and engage in customer-facing activities.
