Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support North America project development across multiple locations. You will analyze facilities, craft customer-focused solutions, and drive cross-functional alignment with the sales team.

Responsibilities include technical audits, development of complex energy offerings, and post-contract support. A PE license and experience with solar PV/BESS is valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Energy Solutions business.
• 5+ years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Professional Engineering license.
• CEM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development with investment-grade facility analyses.
• Lead development of projects including electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, CHP, and central plants.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels to support sales goals and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for deliverables and contract documentation.
