Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer based in Chicago, IL, St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN, Denver, CO, or Seattle, WA to support North America project development.

You will engage in public sector and C&I projects, provide engineering support to the sales team, develop solution concepts, and coordinate with Delivery, Contracts, and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes financial analyses, compelling customer proposals, and delivering value

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in the Energy Solutions business.
• 5 or more years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Professional Engineering license
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform audits and develop investment-grade facility solutions.
• Lead projects including electrification, heat pumps, solar PV and BESS.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Contracts, and Sales teams.
