Job summary

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction PM, 7+ years PM experience, and proficiency with PM software such as Procore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction PM field.
• 7+ years of project management experience on construction projects.
• Experience with PM software and driving project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction through action planning and updates with stakeholders.
• Lead all project execution activities, contract terms, and risk mitigation.
• Manage project finances: cash flow, cost-to-complete, and backlog reviews.
• Validate scope, cost, and schedule with contracts and formalities.
• Coordinate qualified subcontractors and establish communication protocols.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones.
