Job summary

ERM seeks a Managing Consultant, Project Manager to lead delivery of capital projects across oil & gas, LNG, power, renewable energy, and energy transition sectors in the Gulf Coast region.

Based in the Gulf Coast (Louisiana) and traveling as needed, you will guide permitting, regulatory risk, and client advisory services from concept through delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in either a consulting environment or working substantially within the energy sector.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary capital development projects across energy sectors.
• Provide permitting strategy and regulatory guidance for complex infrastructure.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor through proposal development to delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative project environment.
• Collaborate across ERM regional and national teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
