Job summary

ERM seeks a Managing Consultant, Project Manager to join the Gulf Coast Capital Project Delivery Team in Texas. You will guide complex energy projects from concept through execution, navigating permitting, risk, and stakeholder engagement.

In this client-facing role, you will mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive schedules and budgets, and help expand services across oil, gas, LNG, power, and energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes (NEPA, FERC, USACE, USFWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex, multidisciplinary projects from conception to delivery.
• Oversee scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery oversight for projects.
• Direct multi-media permitting (local, state, and federal) for capital development.
• Ensure compliance with USACE, USFWS, FERC, BOEM and other agencies.
• Produce technical reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
