Job summary

The RISE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Cranston, RI to lead large-scale energy savings and design-build projects from pursuit through delivery. You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with customers, utilities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, 10+ years of PM experience in energy or related trades, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience.
• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Acumatica) or ability to learn quickly.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for ESPC, energy management, decarbonization, and complex design-build projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Translate proposal and interview outcomes into executable delivery plans and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with Sales, Development, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and Finance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow, with regular status updates to management.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontracting, and vendor relationships; oversee QA/QC and safety standards.
