Qualifications

• Engineering background required.
• 5–8 years of experience in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering, with Project Management experience a plus.
• Experience in Renewables preferred.
• AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of front-end processes, proposal development, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: collaborate with front-end sales to gather requirements and prepare site information and conceptual drawings.
• Plan Set Review and Development: validate drawings against site configurations and scope of work; ensure standards.
• Due Diligence and Risk Management: maintain site due diligence package and risk register.
• Collaboration and Communication: coordinate with cross-functional teams to capture and manage information flow and timelines.
• Handover and Execution: create final handover package and conduct handover meetings for execution.
