Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our San Jose, CA team. This on-site role reports to the Sr. Director Program Management and drives key programs to deliver Bloom Energy’s business plans.

You will own the program schedule and budget, lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, and ensure successful hand-offs to Sales and Operations while identifying risks and guiding mitigation. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years technical program management experience on large, complex products.
• Experience guiding programs through full product lifecycle.
• Ability to lead cross-functional/matrixed teams and influence others.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management to ensure delivery of key programs.
• Own program schedule and budget; ensure feature set.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product definition and timelines.
• Present status, track budgets, communicate timelines, manage risk.
• Guide teams through product lifecycle and hand off to Sales/Operations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigations.
• Educate organization on PLC process.
• Be the go-to person for program-related questions.
