Bloom Energy is seeking a Customer Proposals Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. This facility-based role reports to the Proposals Operations Leader and is based in Newark, DE or Houston, TX.

Formación

• Engineering background required.
• 5–8 years in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with PM experience.
• Renewables experience preferred.
• AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience preferred.
• Strong front-end processes, proposal development, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate milestones through proposal maturity phases.
• Prepare site information packages and conceptual drawings.
• Validate documents to ensure consistency and risk mitigation.
• Plan set review with drafting teams to prep site layouts.
• Review drawings against site configurations and standards.
• Coordinate site due diligence including electrical and gas screening.
• Develop and maintain a project risk register.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to capture and manage information flow.
• Communicate timelines and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Create final handover package and transition to execution.
