Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in procurement and construction.
• Must possess a highly motivated personality, effective communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a high-performing team environment with a customer service focus.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills; ability to interact with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Must possess a framework understanding of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute checklists for verifying and documenting contractor compliance with contracts, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct assessments to identify and qualify contractors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Collect performance data and present metrics to support strategic decisions to grow, divest, or maintain contractors for long-term partnerships and potential cost savings.
• Coordinate cross-functional feedback to ensure purchased services meet all technical, business, commercial, and legal requirements.
• Support the ordering process from RFP creation to contract negotiation and execution.
• Support contract closeout processes and escalation resolution to align with short- and long-term goals.
• Assist in bid processes: draft RFPs, analyze scopes, schedules, and costs, negotiate terms.
