Job summary

TEN seeks a Senior Energy (Project) Engineer to lead technical delivery of energy projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. You will take projects from feasibility through design to construction, ensuring optimized performance and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Architectural, or Energy Engineering.
• 10+ years in energy audits or distributed energy projects.
• Proficiency with energy modeling and Excel-based analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, savings calculations, and business cases.
• Develop energy models and perform scenario analyses for DERs.
• Produce engineering deliverables and technical design packages.
• Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and clients.
• Support measurements, verification, and post-implementation reports.
• Ensure codes compliance and safety throughout projects.
