Reporting to TEN’s Vice President, Engineering and Performance, the Energy (Project) Engineer is responsible for leading the technical delivery of energy projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. You will engineer projects from feasibility through design and into construction, participating in ensuring the solutions you have developed are commissioned for optimized performance as designed, reducing utility and operating and maintenance costs. This role ensures that the designs provided meet technical, regulatory, and quality standards while aligning with project objectives and client requirements. The Energy (Project) Engineer will collaborate closely with internal development, engineering, construction, and performance teams, external design professionals (architects and engineers) and subcontractors to translate conceptual designs into executable plan documents and constructable project strategies.
Location: The successful candidate is situated in the western PA (Pittsburgh) region and will work from the company’s headquarters office with occasional travel to customer sites as necessary.
