Job summary
Energy Sciences seeks an experienced energy engineer to identify and quantify energy efficiency opportunities for commercial and industrial clients. You will perform energy and economic analyses, review assessments, and collaborate with customers to develop projects and deliver presentations on findings.
Responsibilities include site surveys, facilities assessments, and on-site collaboration with a technical team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
- Minimum of five years of energy assessments and commissioning/retro-commissioning experience for non-degreed candidates.
- CEM, CEA, CMVP, EBCP and PE certifications are preferred.
- Experience with utility energy efficiency programs and energy analyses using trending data.
Responsibilities
- Identify and quantify energy efficiency opportunities.
- Perform energy and economic analyses.
- Review energy assessments, opportunities, and calculations.
- Collaborate with customers and develop projects.
- Prepare reports and deliver presentations.
- Conduct site surveys and facilities assessments.
- Travel up to 25% to sites.
