Job summary

Duke Energy Florida is seeking a Senior/Lead Products & Services Manager to oversee EnergyWise Home and the switch modernization program. You will manage day-to-day and long-range plans, lead financial forecasting, and coordinate with IT, finance, operations, legal and regulators to keep the program on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related work OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of related work experience OR
High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of related work experience

Responsibilities

Define program scope, goals and deliverables for EnergyWise Home and switch modernization.
Develop and maintain multi-year replacement plans and budgets.
Manage contractors and vendors including pricing and staffing.
Oversee customer outreach, scheduling, enrollment, and enrollment changes.
Monitor progress and resolve issues; drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with IT, Finance, Legal, Regulatory and operations teams.
