Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related work experience or
• Associate's degree with 5+ years related work experience or
• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years related work experience
• Master's Degree in business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop product, program and service enhancements to improve market effectiveness and meet financial goals.
• Identify and implement promotional strategies and expand offers to other jurisdictions.
• Develop and execute exit strategies for non-performing/underperforming programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns and measure performance.
• Capture and follow up on leads generated by campaigns and events.
• Evaluate KPIs to improve lead generation and close rates.
• Improve service channels and measure results for effectiveness.
• Analyze market research results and allocate budget/resources accordingly.
• Develop campaign plans, objectives and performance analyses.
• Communicate program plans and performance results to internal teams.
• Standardize programs across jurisdictions and deliver on P&L and financial targets.
• Develop long-term/annual program plans and market/segment plans.
• Manage budgets within capital and O&M constraints.
• Interpret EM&V reports and represent program areas.
• Address elevated customer complaints and disputes as Duke Energy ambassador.
• Review processes and implement improvements.
• Maintain productive relationships with external program vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitoring performance, quality and reporting.
• Conduct meetings to monitor performance and adjust to conditions.
• Ensure secure, near real-time electronic interfaces with Duke Energy.
• Manage and modify contractual obligations.
