Job summary

PSEG in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Business Management Associate to support the Low Income Residential Weatherization Program through budget and production reporting, savings verification, and regulatory submissions.

You will coordinate with internal teams, utilities, contractors, vendors, and program partners to ensure timely, accurate reporting and data issue resolution, while managing IMS uploads and forecasted savings.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review and interpret financial data, production data, and forecast results.
• Experience with Excel and enterprise tracking/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly budget and production reporting from data sources and distribute reports to utilities and vendors.
• Perform monthly savings verification, identify outliers, coordinate reviews, and communicate when savings are ready to report.
• Manage IMS uploads and SBC reporting; validate expense results, resolve errors, and coordinate follow-up with accounting.
