The JPI Group in Michigan seeks a Sr. Program Manager to direct all phases of utility client energy efficiency programs, from inception to completion, and to ensure cost, schedule, and performance align with contract terms and client needs.

You will lead multi‑functional teams of 10–30 people, negotiate contracts, refine processes, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining profitability and market relevance.

Formación

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading energy efficiency programs or related initiatives.
• Ability to manage multi-functional teams and contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Directs all phases of Utility client Energy Efficiency programs from inception through completion.
• Leads contract creation, negotiation, and compliance with clients.
• Directs 10–30 person multi-functional teams and 2–5 direct reports.
• Develops strategies to improve processes and monitor performance.
• Ensures program profitability and alignment with market trends.
