Guidehouse is seeking a senior professional to lead the Energy Markets & Systems Integrated Modeling team in New York. You will develop and maintain market models, forecast energy prices, and support EPC, utilities, and sponsors in decarbonization efforts.

You will oversee complex client engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while collaborating across teams to improve productivity and client outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, energy finance or engineering plus 5+ years of related work experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with economic dispatch models (Aurora, Origin, PLEXOS, BID3, PSO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data analytics, modeling, and visualization experience.

Responsabilidades

• Originate, close and lead large, complex client engagements.
• Manage staff and assist in business development.
• Track and analyze energy market trends and translate inquiries into scopes of work.
• Develop and review analytical models, simulations, and tools to forecast market prices.
