Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in energy consulting, economic consulting, electric utility, power markets or a related analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to apply statistical concepts.
• Experience working with large, messy, or complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research and analysis related to electricity and power markets, regulatory issues, and litigation matters.
• Construct, clean, and manage large and complex datasets using Python and Excel.
• Perform data analysis, statistical evaluation, and investigative work with minimal supervision.
• Prepare clear, well-organized memoranda, exhibits, and presentations summarizing analytical findings.
• Assist in the preparation of expert reports, declarations, and testimony materials.
• Reviewing and checking work product for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
