Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-technology M&A due diligence engagements and serve as delivery leader and senior relationship manager for strategic customers.

You will provide senior-level project management and technical advisory services, exercise judgment across technical, commercial, and delivery trade-offs, grow key customer relationships, and develop Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in energy technologies or project financing.
• Experience leading multi-technology due diligence in M&A.
• Ability to mentor PMs and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary due diligence engagements, acting as senior contact for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and commercial outcomes.
• Identify technical risks and opportunities; communicate transaction implications to customers.
• Lead and coordinate technical reviews among internal specialists; ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Provide senior oversight for due diligence execution with emphasis on QHSE.
