Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value M&A engagements across multiple energy technologies. You will deliver technical due diligence, manage client relationships, and drive team capability development in a dynamic hybrid environment across U.S. offices.

The role requires delivering complex projects, coordinating cross-discipline experts, and shaping winning proposals while fostering growth of junior team members in a demanding energy market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary M&A due diligence engagements.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Proven track record in energy technology sectors.
• Mentor and develop junior PMs and APMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary M&A due diligence engagements as senior contact for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Identify technical risks and opportunities and communicate transaction implications to customers.
• Provide senior-level project management and technical advisory services.
• Develop Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
