• Lead the most complex, high-value M&A engagements and advise on critical transaction decisions.
• Develop and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associate Project Managers.
• Coordinate technical reviews across disciplines and ensure alignment with client strategy and transaction outcomes.
• Provide senior-level project management and technical advisory services to investors and clients.
