Job summary

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate technical, policy, and market complexity into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent writing and public speaking skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience contributing to complex research projects and working across teams and with external partners.
• Experience implementing project management processes and delivering on timelines.
• Ability to engage with external partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research and Content Development: deliverables include reports, blogs, frameworks, toolkits, workshops, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Lead data collection and analysis: research design, stakeholder interviews, data validation, and data visualization.
• Monitor international policy and market developments; synthesize into deliverables.
• External communications: memos, talking points, slides, conference proposals.
• Member support: respond to research requests and coordinate with Membership.
• External engagement: represent SEPA at conferences and stakeholder events.
• Internal coordination: design and scoping for RIS initiatives; develop project plans and monitor progress.
• Contribute subject matter knowledge to proposals and partnerships.
