Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking an EPC Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex energy engineering, procurement, and construction projects. You will guide feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover while managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

The role emphasizes early-stage project development, strong client relationships, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale specialty construction projects, including EPC leadership.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle: feasibility, design, site assessment, and proposal support.
• Travel: 25-75%, travel dependent on project needs.
• Work hours typically 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead early phases of project development including feasibility studies, site diligence, conceptual design, and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with BD and engineering to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules for EPC projects.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk during pre-contract award phase.
• Lead planning, staffing, and execution of electrical/specialty EPC projects with safety, quality, schedule, and budget as priorities.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets; allocate resources and monitor milestones.
