Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking an experienced EPC Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end energy projects from inception through handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality while guiding a multidisciplinary team and maintaining key client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in large-scale EPC/engineering roles, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and PMP preferred. Travel and flexible scheduling are required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC projects from development through handover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality are met.
• Coordinate with business development and engineering teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates and schedules.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk mitigation during pre-contract phases and development activities.
• Oversee planning, staffing and execution of electrical and/or specialty systems EPC projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets; manage resources and ensure milestone delivery.
• Mentor and oversee other Project Managers to align with best practices and project objectives.
• Maintain strong client, contractor, supplier and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction.
