Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an EPC Senior Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead end-to-end energy projects from feasibility through handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while guiding a multidisciplinary team and nurturing client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale EPC project leadership, strong PM skills, and proficiency with Primavera, Accubid, and ACC. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years managing large-scale EPC projects with leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Engage in early project development activities including feasibility, site diligence, and cost estimation.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules with BD and engineering teams.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk in the pre-contract phase.
• Lead planning, staffing, and execution of EPC projects with safety, quality, schedule, and budget in mind.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Mentor and oversee other Project Managers to ensure best practices.
• Maintain strong client, contractor, and vendor relationships.
