Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead projects from proposal through execution in Wisconsin. You will ensure proper scoping, technical soundness, and alignment with schedule and budget, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a strong background in engineering or construction management, 3+ years in PM, and experience with electrical utility projects, including substations or transmission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience from an electrical utility contractor.
• Experience with substation or transmission.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from proposal development through execution, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners; oversee equipment sourcing and procurement.
• Support construction planning to prepare for mobilization and field execution; review EPC proposals and perform due diligence with cross-functional teams.
