Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company seeks an Energy Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership across Sales and Operations for large commercial energy projects. You will develop energy solutions, perform savings calculations, and guide project economics and M&V strategies from opportunity to delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and external partners, reviewing engineering deliverables, and ensuring value engineering and KPI driven outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical construction for large-scale energy projects.
• Strong energy savings calculations experience for mechanical systems and process equipment.
• Experience supporting technical sales cycles and opportunity qualification processes.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-suite, operators, engineers, and maintenance teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present technical content for sales presentations and proposals.
• Lead energy solutions, savings calculations, and project economics discussions.
• Conduct site walks and technical assessments to identify opportunities.
• Manage third-party design and pre-construction partners throughout development.
• Review engineering calculations and ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Apply value engineering to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate transition of information from sales to operations and delivery.
• Provide engineering support during project execution and develop standards.
