Job summary

Unitil is seeking a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator in Portsmouth, NH to manage and coordinate the implementation of energy efficiency programs in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and budgets.

The role leads program development, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting on program performance across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences; other fields considered with strong PM experience.
• 10+ years of related experience across technical, strategic and business areas; strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EE program development, implementation and management.
• Manage energy service company relationships, RFPs, bids, and contracting.
• Coordinate with regulators, ESCOs, and stakeholders to secure support and approvals.
• Develop and maintain systems for EE program information and regulatory filings.
• Provide testimony and represent Unitil before regulatory agencies.
