Job summary

Unitil is seeking a Senior Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of energy efficiency programs across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, budget guidelines, and delivering effective programs for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

You will manage program development, coordinate with regulators and ESCOs, and build partnerships to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences required.
• 10+ years of related experience demonstrated.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the implementation of EE programs across NH and MA.
• Lead program development, implementation and management with regulatory alignment.
• Support relationships with regulators, ESCOs, and stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation and incentives within regulatory guidelines.
