Job summary

Willdan Energy Company, part of Willdan Group, Inc., is seeking a Program Manager in Worcester, MA to design, plan, and execute energy efficiency initiatives. You will lead program implementation, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while guiding staff and coordinating with vendors and state partners to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive and relevant experience in energy efficiency.
• Experience leading the implementation of direct-install energy efficiency programs (heat pumps, lighting, refrigeration, etc.).
• Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations and programs in MA/NH markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage one or more energy efficiency programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure program execution.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to report on energy savings and performance.
