Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• An advanced degree is desirable.
• Eight (8) or more years of experience, with knowledge of residential building systems.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Experience in presentations and public speaking preferred.
• Experience in energy efficiency program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Administrators delivering energy efficiency programs for residential customers in CT.
• Oversee rebates and Home Energy Solutions programs, and Multifamily Initiative.
• Coordinate with Avangrid staff on statewide program delivery.
• Ensure programs are deployed cost-effectively with high customer satisfaction.
• Lead strategic roadmaps for sustainable energy efficiency practices.
• Manage budgets and track key performance metrics.
