Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in contract analysis and negotiation in energy trading or related logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or equivalent practical experience in energy markets.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical skills, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review contract provisions with internal and external counterparties.
• Interpret non-standard contracts and assess risks of changes to clauses.
• Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Regulatory Compliance, Marine, Risk, Insurance, and Tax teams.
