Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Project Engineer III in The Woodlands, TX to identify and develop Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs) for Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects. The role requires an innovative, solutions-oriented engineer and strong communication to define scopes, energy savings, and M&V plans.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, create development timelines and budgets, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project scopes, estimates, and energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in energy-related projects with energy conservation measures.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs).
• Lead project development, communicate progress, and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Create scopes of work, energy savings analyses, and M&V plans.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams.
• Validate project estimates and facilitate final turnover and documentation.
