Job summary

Veregy is an award-winning decarbonization company seeking a Project Engineer I in Lawrenceville, GA to support the Project Leader in identifying and developing energy conservation measures for guaranteed energy savings projects. You will collaborate with Owners, Architects and subcontractors to define scopes, budgets, and schedules, and prepare preliminary cost estimates and energy projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, energy performance, and project timing.
• Ability to analyze facility energy usage and develop cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Communicates progress, deliverables, and issues with stakeholders.
• Analyzes energy performance to set goals and savings benchmarks.
• Develops project costs and energy savings projections for feasibility.
