Job summary

iSphere Global Pty Ltd in Houston seeks a Senior Endur Business Analyst with deep Endur expertise who can work hands-on in the Endur environment, not just write requirements. You will join a team supporting an OpenLink Endur platform and participate in an upcoming upgrade, with close collaboration across Trading, Risk, Scheduling, Operations, Accounting, and IT.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Endur BA experience in commodity/energy trading, deep P&L and risk know-how, and strong

Qualifications

8+ years of Endur Business Analyst experience in commodity or energy trading environments.
Hands-on Endur experience, preferably version 10+.
Strong functional experience with P&L and risk and/or natural gas scheduling and nominations.
Solid understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office ETRM processes.
Experience with deal capture, deal modeling, instruments, templates, market data, reference data, settlements, invoicing, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of North American natural gas markets, including contracts, pricing, transportation, nominations, and scheduling.
Experience gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, testing, and supporting implementation.
Endur upgrade/major enhancement initiative experience is a plus.
SQL knowledge and Agile delivery experience are helpful.

Responsibilities

Support the full trade lifecycle and analyze/improve business processes.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and debug Endur problems across P&L, risk, scheduling, settlements, and accounting.
Work with both business and technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Engage in deal modeling, templates, market data, settlements, invoicing, and reporting.
Partner with traders, risk, scheduling, operations, accounting, and IT to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Assist with Endur upgrades, implementations, or major enhancements when needed.
