Job summary
Publicis Sapient in Houston is seeking a Senior Endur Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and hands-on build/configuration of Endur modules across front-, middle-, and back-office workflows in energy trading.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Endur experience, strong deal modeling, curve setup, and valuation skills, with energy markets knowledge and proven delivery across large implementations; you will engage with Front Office, Technology, Trading, Risk, and organizational change
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Endur experience building and configuring Endur modules.
- Strong front-office collaboration across deal modeling, capture, and trading.
- Experience delivering Endur enhancements with testing and documentation.
- Deep knowledge of energy markets (oil & gas, power, energy).
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and hands-on build/configuration of Endur modules.
- Support front-, middle-, and back-office workflows in Endur.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Trading, and Risk teams.
- Translate requirements into Endur specifications and drive testing.
- Support upgrades, data analysis, and user training for new features.
- Act as SME on Endur architecture and energy trading lifecycle.
