Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks an experienced Endur Accounting Business Analyst to design, configure, and implement Endur accounting capabilities for energy trading. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Trading, Risk, Operations, and Tech teams to translate complex finance requirements into Endur configurations, workflows, and reports.

This role requires hands-on Endur expertise and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Endur BA or functional consultant.
• Hands-on experience configuring Endur Accounting Desktop.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Endur accounting solutions.
• Strong understanding of energy trading accounting, reporting, settlements and reconciliations.
• Experience gathering requirements across Accounting, Finance, Trading, Risk, Operations and Technology.
• Ability to translate accounting requirements into detailed specs and system designs.
• Experience coordinating interfaces between Endur and ERP/GL or downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Endur Accounting functionality for energy trading and financial operations.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Trading, Risk, Operations and Technology to gather requirements.
• Translate accounting and reporting requirements into functional specs, Endur configurations, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Configure and maintain Endur accounting rules, posting logic, and related workflows.
• Support trade lifecycle accounting processes including capture, valuation, invoicing, settlements, accruals, journals and period-end close.
• Analyze and improve reconciliation processes across Endur and downstream systems.
• Map workflows, perform data analysis, conduct gap assessments, and design solutions.
• Design and validate Endur reports, interfaces, and accounting-related enhancements.
• Lead or support SIT/UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, process flows, test scripts, and user guides.
• Support Endur upgrades and production issues; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure complete, accurate, traceable financial information and assist controls/audit requirements.
