Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Sr. Endur Business Analyst to lead Endur configuration for front-, middle-, and back-office workflows in a Houston-based energy trading environment.

You will model deals, configure trading modules, support curve setup and valuation, and collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Trading and Risk teams. The role requires 10+ years of Endur experience, strong knowledge of energy markets, and a track record delivering scalable Endur solutions in complex trading

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Endur experience with hands-on build/configuration in Trading manager, market manager and GMotion
• Strong understanding of Trading, Scheduling, and Risk in Front Office environments
• Experience delivering end-to-end Endur enhancements including design, configuration, testing and documentation
• Deep knowledge of energy trading lifecycle across physical and financial commodities

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design and hands-on build/configuration of Endur modules for front-, middle-, back-office workflows
• Collaborate with Front Office to define processes for deal modeling, capture, trading, curve setup and valuation
• Translate business requirements into Endur specifications with Tech, Trading and Risk stakeholders
• Support enhancements, upgrades and new integration initiatives across trading, risk and settlement systems
• Perform data analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis and solution design
• Conduct SIT/UAT, documentation and user support for new Endur features
