Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks an experienced Endur Accounting Business Analyst to design, configure, and implement accounting functionality within Openlink Endur for energy trading operations. You will translate Finance requirements into scalable Endur solutions across Oil & Gas, Power, or broader energy trading environments.

You will lead analysis, document requirements, and configure Endur workflows and reports, while supporting testing and production validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Endur BA or functional consulting experience with accounting functionality.
• Hands-on experience configuring Endur Accounting Desktop.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Endur accounting solutions.
• Strong understanding of Endur Accounting, posting logic, GL integration, settlements, invoicing, accruals, and month-end close.
• Experience gathering requirements across Accounting, Finance, Trading, Risk, Operations, and Tech teams.
• Ability to translate accounting requirements into detailed functional specs and system designs.
• Experience supporting interfaces between Endur and ERP/GL/settlement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Endur Accounting functionality for energy trading and financial operations.
• Document business requirements and translate them into functional specs and Endur configurations.
• Configure and maintain Endur accounting rules, posting logic, and workflows.
• Support trade lifecycle accounting processes including capture, valuation, invoicing, settlements, accruals, and period-end close.
• Lead or support SIT/UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
