Job summary
Publicis Sapient seeks a Sr. Endur Business Analyst in Houston to lead and execute Endur build/configuration for front-, middle-, and back-office workflows across energy markets.
You will collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Trading, and Risk to translate requirements into robust Endur solutions and drive system enhancements and data analysis. Qualifications
- 10+ years of Endur experience with hands-on building and configuration.
- Strong understanding of trading, scheduling, and risk modules.
- Experience supporting Front Office environments in energy markets.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Endur enhancements including design and testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and hands‑on build/configuration of Endur modules for front-, middle-, and back-office workflows.
- Work with Front Office to define and enhance processes for deal modeling, deal capture, trading, curve setup, and valuation.
- Collaborate with Technology, Trading, and Risk to translate requirements into Endur specs.
- Support upgrades, new integrations, and data analysis across trading, risk, and settlement systems.
- Perform data analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Conduct testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and user support for Endur features.
- Act as SME on Endur architecture, trade lifecycle, and energy market conventions.
