Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Endur Business Analyst in Houston, TX to lead hands-on Endur configuration for front-, middle-, and back-office workflows in energy trading. The role requires 10+ years of Endur experience, strong deal modeling, curve setup, and valuation capabilities, with exposure to Trading, Scheduling, and Risk modules.

You will collaborate across Tech, Trading and Risk, drive process improvements, and support OCМ initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Endur experience, with direct experience building and configuring Endur especially on Trading manager, market manager and GMotion.
• Strong functional understanding of: Trading, Scheduling, Risk.
• Experience working in Front Office environments supporting trading, scheduling, risk, P&L, and operational controls.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end system enhancements in Endur, including design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including change-impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, business readiness, communications, training needs, and user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the energy trading lifecycle across physical and financial commodities.
• Industry Experience: Energy markets (physical & financial).
• Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Front office concept (Physical and financial deal modeling, deal capture, scheduling, trader desktops, market manager, and valuation), Familiarity with ETRM/CTRM systems and energy market data, Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and hands‑on build/configuration of Endur modules to support front-, middle-, and back-office workflows.
• Work closely with Front Office teams to define and enhance processes related to Deal modeling, deal capture/configuration, Trading module, Curve setup, and valuation functionality.
• Collaborate with Technology, Trading, and Risk stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical Endur specifications.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new integration initiatives across trading, risk, and settlement systems.
• Perform detailed data analysis, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Conduct testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and user support for newly deployed Endur features.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Endur architecture, trade lifecycle, and energy trading market conventions.
